ArdentSupport was built out of frustration. Most hosting review sites rank providers by affiliate commission, not by quality. We do the opposite — we test first, then write. Commissions are disclosed, never hidden.

Every score is backed by real tests — uptime monitoring, speed benchmarks, support response times, and hands-on server configuration.

We disclose every affiliate relationship and explain exactly how we earn. Our opinions are never swayed by commission rates.

Hosting changes. Pricing shifts, features get added or removed. We revisit and re-test reviews on a rolling 12-month cycle.
Reader-first
We write for people making real decisions with real money, not for search engines. Jargon is explained, trade-offs are named.
How we review
Each hosting provider is tested on a real account — not a sponsored demo environment. We run uptime monitoring for at least 30 days, measure time-to-first-byte from multiple locations, open support tickets at different hours, and attempt common tasks like migrating a WordPress site or adjusting PHP settings.
Ratings across five dimensions (speed, uptime, support, value, and features) are averaged into an overall score. All five dimensions are weighted equally. No provider can pay to influence its score.

Sachin has been running web projects since 2010. He started ArdentSupport after spending years managing hosting for clients and wanting a resource that was actually honest about performance.
